Processing

Please place your order by clicking "Add to Cart" buttons placed within each product page. Orders may also be
place by contacting us directly. Most orders placed by 11:00am PST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Othewise,
are shipped within one business day (exceptions apply). Customers will be notified of
shipment delays as soon as possible.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept
PayPal. Personal checks and Money Orders are acceptable for orders placed by phone. Please be advised
that personal checks will be subject to a clearing period. If a credit card or check payment is
declined, customer will be notified immediately to resolve the issue.

Returns

All returns and exchanges must be brought to our attention within 10 Days after receipt of merchandise
and must be pre-authorized by our staff before return. You may obtain return authorization by e-mail
or by phone. All returns made without prior authorization may be void. All returns are subject to an
inspection process and careful examination before approval. Merchandise must be uncut,
unwashed, and unaltered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Blue Desert cannot
be held liable for merchandise lost or damaged in transit
